Learning Technology
Expert consultation and hands-on support when selecting a Learning Management System, eLearning authoring software and other creative platforms. Development of selection criteria, system integration and business case development.
Learning & Development
End-to-end learning and development services including, needs (gap) analysis, job/task analysis, knowledge and skills matrices (mapping), program evaluation and review processes.
Facilitation
When a blended delivery approach is required, provision of session plans, learner workbooks, slide decks and facilitation of sessions is available. Train-the-trainer sessions may also be an option.
Team Coaching
Work with teams to create best practice learning and development processes that support your business strategy. Individual manager and leadership coaching is also available to support their team’s growth.
